Last Saturday, March 9th, A+E hosted a technology recycling event. A+E partnered with LakeMary to collect E-waste, a recyclable material that is found in technology. LakeMary hires disabled workers to help dismantle and recycle the technology that they collect. On Saturday, we raised over 4,000 lbs. of technology and over 50 cars showed up to contribute. A+E is happy to keep over 4,000 lbs. of E-waste out of the landfill. We hope to continue helping the community by making this an annual event. A+E would like to thank all of those who donated, whether it be time or technology, and LakeMary.
